Dr Rafael Gomez - Caledon
Dr. Rafael Gomez graduated in 2016 from National Autonomous University of Mexico. Upon graduation, Dr. Gomez worked with a private practice that specialized in Equine Reproduction. With this experience, he developed a strong passion for reproductive work and in 2017 completed advanced training in embryo transfer.
In 2018, Rafael worked as an on-site veterinary consultant for a large Quarter Horse breeding farm in Texas where he developed, implemented and supervised a reproductive program involving the care and management of their broodmare herd and foals.
Upon returning to Mexico, Dr. Gomez opened his own private veterinary practice with offerings including Equine Sports Medicine, creating, managing and implementing Reproductive and Clinical Programs for clients, Stallion Management, Perinatal and Parturition Programs, Embryo Transfer, Artificial Insemination, and Emergency Services..
