McKee-Pownall Equine Services Payment Policies:
Open communication of fees and financial policy is essential in establishing and maintaining a professional relationship between owner and veterinarian. If a client has a question about their account, we ask that you bring it to our attention as soon as possible. We strive to be forthcoming and honest with our clients and welcome any inquiries that you may have.
Payment by cash, cheque, e-transfer, online payment, Visa, Mastercard or American Express is due at time of veterinary services.
Invoices emailed for review will be processed with the credit card used for booking after 48hrs if no response or payment received.
E-transfers can be sent to payments@mpequine.com.
Drug and Supplement orders must be paid in full at time of ordering. Drug and Supplement purchases are not returnable for credit or replacement
Late Charges: If for some reason a past due invoice is not able to be charged to a credit card, interest will be charged at 2% per month (26.82% per annum) to the overdue amount.
Returned Cheques: A Fee of $45.00 will be applied for any NSF cheques.
Mckee-Pownall does not offer payment plans or financing directly, however, we are affliated with iFinance or “Petcard” which is an online financing company. Petcard offers a simple and afforable way to finance your veterinary expenses by offering you a variety of financing terms with convenient monhtly payments.
